Our Coarse Ground Whole Turkey comes in a convenient 2 LB. course grind and 1 LB fine grind in deli container. It is a coarse grind from the whole prey, which means it contains all the meat, bones & organs. It also contains feet - no feathers or intestines. These small farm, Michigan birds were raised specifically for our products. --The farmer only produces one flock per year. They were procured, artisanally butchered & fresh-frozen by the Schoenborns.
